If you believe a game infringes your copyright, the fastest route is to contact those sites directly; a notice sent to the address below is forwarded to them and honoured across the whole network, and the listing is removed from Xgamezone at the next rebuild.

What to include

• Your name and contact details, and who you represent if you are acting for someone else.
• The game title and the exact URL of the listing on this site, plus the URL on xgame9.com or lewdzone.com.
• A description of the work you own and where it can be seen.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in the notice is accurate.
• Your signature (typed is fine).

Counter notices

If your game was removed and you believe that was wrong, send a counter notice with the same details to the same address. It is forwarded to the hosting site, which decides.
